General Order Rules:
All web orders are processed by 10AM Pacific Standard Time Monday through Thursday. If an order is placed after this time the order will be processed the next business day. Most orders ship from our location in San Diego, CA within 48 hours. While we try to maintain proper stock levels, some products are subject to manufacturers back order. Our online store will generally update these back order conditions, however we cannot control our vendor processes and sometimes delays occur. We will contact you within 48 hours should a delay in order processing occur. All orders over $200 are sent with a signature required unless otherwise requested.
Florida Orders:
Due to the rash of fraud coming from Florida, we require that all orders over $250 provide additional proof of identification. Orders shipping to Florida must be shipped to the actual billing address on the credit card used. There are no exceptions! Once the order is received, one of our associates will contact you with additional information needed including valid drivers license or ID, and proof of the credit card in hand.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the shipping charges on your invoice.
Return Policy:
A 20% restocking fee will be charge to all returning orders that are not defective or an error on our part. The fee will be waved if amount of the return is placed back onto the customer’s account for a future purchase.
*Electrical Parts can not be returned once installed unless faulty.
